ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our DeWitt office is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to help schedule appointments with our existing policyholders. You’ll call current customers, start conversations, and coordinate appointments for our team.
No experience or insurance license is required! We’re looking for someone with a great personality, a positive attitude, a clear and friendly phone presence, and a willingness to learn.
This in-office position offers 10-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling around school or another job. Hours must fall within business hours Monday-Thursday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call existing policyholders to schedule appointments with our team.
- Communicate professionally and create a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate appointment times and accurately document call outcomes.
- Apply coaching and feedback to strengthen your phone skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Friendly, engaging personality and strong communication skills.
- Clear, professional, and upbeat phone presence.
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- No prior experience or insurance license required.
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
